Late Cancellation Penalty

Cancellations made after 6:00pm two days preceding the day of play will be treated as a late cancellation. A golfer who has two late cancellations within a calendar month will be suspended from playing at the Club for a period of two months as a visitor from the 2ⁿᵈ play date.  A letter will be emailed to you indicating the period of suspension.

No Show Penalty

A golfer who fails to register at reception 20 minutes before the scheduled tee time is considered a no show.  The golfer will be suspended from playing at the Club for a period of two months as a visitor from the date of the no show.  A letter will be emailed to you indicating the period of suspension.
